Start a new document and fill the background with white. Select the type tool and create a text (any color).

Add Dropshadow |

Add Gradient Left to right: #8B742D » #FEEEB0 |
 |
Add Bevel Embossed Highlight mode: D4B969 |
 |
Add Stroke: Stoke Color: #756930 |
